I currently accept payment in the form of a check, credit card, or cash. When using a card, a small convenience fee applies.

I do not currently accept payment directly from health insurance plans. I can assist clients who wish to file for out-of-network reimbursement. If you choose to pursue insurance reimbursement, below are some questions you may want to ask your insurance company prior to scheduling:

  1. Do I have out-of-network coverage for behavioral or mental health services?

  2. Do I have a health insurance deductible? If I do, what is the amount and how much have I already met?

  3. How much might I expect in terms of reimbursement?

  4. Where do I send an itemized bill?

Comprehensive testing for concerns related to learning differences, dyslexia, ADHD, inattention, memory, information processing,, autism spectrum disorder (utilizing the ADOS-2, among other measures), intellectual disability, and other developmental conditions impacting ones functioning across environments.

Evaluation includes assessment of cognitive functioning, academic achievement, attention and executive functioning, information processing, memory and learning, social communication, and behavioral and emotional well-being.
