A collaborative relationship is foundational to any treatment. In a collaborative context, children, adolescents, and families are empowered to move towards understanding and solutions.

Services Provided

Psychotherapy

Drawing upon developmental, cognitive behavioral, and family systems theories, I am uniquely qualified to treat numerous disorders including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and mood disorders. Clients and families can expect me to be engaged, curious, and affirming.

I am also skilled in helping parents manage behavioral concerns among their children from early development through adolescence. As a fellow parent, I am passionate about supporting other parents navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood.

Neurodevelopmental and Psychoeducational testing

I conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations of children, adolescents, and adults. My expertise is in the areas of autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, learning differences, and nonverbal learning disabilities. I am extensively trained in and utilize the ADOS-2, which is the standardized play-based assessment in autism spectrum disorder evaluation. Most importantly, I work closely with families and school personnel to develop the best educational and personal plan for each client.

Consultation with schools and organizations

I provide consultation to schools and programs to support individual students as well as community well-being and inclusion. In-services, trainings, and seminars are developed collaboratively with school or organization leadership to best meet the needs and strengths of each organization.
